Search for a venture builder or venture studio in Türkiye and you will mostly find venture capital funds. They are different things: a fund provides capital and an accelerator provides a program; a venture builder actually builds the venture — team, product and execution included. This guide collects the organizations working with that model in Türkiye in one place.

Method: Descriptions below are taken from each company's own website (September 2026). Order is alphabetical within categories; there is no ranking or editorial judgement. BenefitCodes is on the list and is marked as such. If something is missing or wrong, write to us and we will fix it.

A Short Distinction First

  • Venture capital: Invests after product and traction, joins governance. You build the product.
  • Accelerator: A cohort program, mentorship, a network and usually a small investment. You still build the product.
  • Venture builder / studio: Steps in from the idea stage; builds the product with its own team, ships it, and usually stays on as a co-founder or long-term technology partner.

For the model in detail: What Is a Venture Builder (Venture Studio)?

1. Independent Venture Studios

Organizations that build products with their own team, for founders or for their own portfolio.

Benerits

Istanbul-based venture studio. Develops its own apps and games, builds products for companies, and joins ventures as a co-founding partner. benerits.com

BenefitCodes

(The publisher of this guide.) Istanbul-based venture builder and AI-native technology partner. Works with founders and companies through a CTO-as-a-Service + venture building model; has built and operates live products in its own portfolio — TheHouseSeat, MutlulukBenim, BGPlus, Schedulo, OpsBrain, KatsSahne — across insurance, fintech, healthcare, arts and culture, events and service marketplaces. Fauna Venture Studio

Vanora Ventures

A venture studio that creates technology products with flexible teams. Known for investing in founders without software experience as their technology partner; ecosystem coverage refers to it as one of the first venture studios in Türkiye. vanoraventures.com

Vunio

Istanbul-based venture studio founded in 2024. vunio.com

2. Corporate- and University-Backed Programs

Structures operating under a bank, a foundation or a university. They usually focus on a specific audience (young founders, academic projects) and run in cohorts.

TSKB Co-Venture

The venture builder program of TSKB (Industrial Development Bank of Türkiye). Describes the model as “a structure that builds a venture step by step from idea to market and from market to scale, with direct support”; aimed at young founders from across Türkiye. tskbcoventure.com

Yeditepe Venture Studio

Operates within the Technology Transfer Office of Yeditepe University. Aims to make building ventures from scratch systematic through the venture studio model — producing, testing and scaling ventures in house as a co-founder. yeditepegirisim.com

3. Sector-Focused Venture Builders

Vektus Venture Builder

Builds AI-infrastructure systems in sectors where trust and quality problems turn into opportunities — energy and healthcare among them — drawing on more than twenty years of sector experience. vektus.com.tr

4. Strategy- and Growth-Oriented Structures

InvenDO Venture Studio

Offers founders a partnership focused on building strategy, accelerating growth and driving change. invendovs.com

Five Questions Before You Choose

Because the “venture builder” label has not settled in Türkiye yet, organizations using the same name can do very different things. Ask these in the first meeting:

  1. Who builds the product? Their own engineering team, an outsourced one, or consulting only? This is what separates a venture builder from an agency.
  2. Do they operate a live product today? A product with users, not a deck. If not, they have not tested the model on themselves.
  3. What happens after launch? Do they deliver and leave, or keep ownership?
  4. How do they make money? Equity, fees, program fees or a mix. None is wrong, but one of them fits your situation.
  5. Do they know your industry? Regulation in insurance, data in healthcare, licensing in arts — sector knowledge saves a lot of time in the first three months.

Additions and Updates
