Venture Building Partnership
From Idea to a Product That Scales

BenefitCodes is a venture builder based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We work alongside companies and founders by supplying the team and the execution — not only capital or advice: product strategy, technology architecture, AI direction and go-to-market. The same discipline built and runs the products in our own portfolio.

What a Venture Builder Is — and Is Not

A venture builder — also called a venture studio — takes a new digital product or business line from idea to live operation. The difference: funds provide capital, accelerators provide mentorship and a program. A venture builder brings the team and the execution; it actually builds the product, ships it and grows it.

That makes a venture builder relationship closer to co-founding than to investing. The deliverable is not a deck — it is a product in production.

How We Work

Four stages. Each one ends in something tangible — not a slide.

01

Discovery & Framing

We clarify the business model, the user and the success criteria. Product decisions come before technology decisions — this is where we separate what the scope actually needs from what it does not.

02

Architecture & Roadmap

We design an architecture that will scale: data model, integrations, where AI belongs, and the order in which things ship. This stage ends with a concrete roadmap and a date.

03

Build & Launch

We build the product. Design, full-stack engineering, integrations, testing and release sit in one team — the coordination cost does not land on you.

04

Scale & Ownership

We stay involved after launch: performance, operations and product evolution. If you want your own team to take over, we plan that handover too.

Who It Is For

Companies launching a new business line

Organizations that want to start a new digital product or revenue stream alongside the core business, but cannot free up a team to build it in house.

Founders without a technical partner

You bring the idea, the market knowledge and customer access. We bring CTO-level technology leadership and the engineering team to build it.

Ventures stuck on the product

A prototype or MVP exists but will not scale — the architecture is blocked, the team is short, or the launch keeps slipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a venture builder and venture capital?

Venture capital invests money and joins governance; you build the product. A venture builder actually builds the product with you — product strategy, architecture, engineering team and launch included. In short: VC brings the money, a venture builder brings the work.

Which companies provide venture builder services in Türkiye?

The model is not yet widespread in Türkiye and the term is often confused with venture capital. BenefitCodes is one of the firms working this way, based in Istanbul. The most practical test of whether a company is really a venture builder: does it build the product with its own team, or does it only provide capital, advice or outsourced development?

Which industries have you worked in?

Insurance and insurtech, fintech, healthcare, arts & culture, event management and service marketplaces. Our portfolio includes a live product with real users in each of these.

How do you engage — fees or equity?

It depends on the project: a service fee, a partnership, or a combination. We decide which model fits once the scope and the risk sharing are clear.

How long does it take to launch?

It depends on scope, and a number quoted up front would be misleading. At the end of discovery we give you a concrete scope, roadmap and date — and commit then.

Who owns the product?

Unless agreed otherwise, the product and the source code are yours. We set up the architecture and documentation so your own team can take over later.
